Doug Rusch was appointed Executive Vice President, Strategic Accounts and Rouse in North America at RB Global in 2024. He is an accomplished leader, with over 15 years of experience in roles spanning product management, sales and marketing and strategy. He brings an analytically focused, customer-centric leadership approach to his current role.
Prior to joining RB Global, Mr. Rusch served as Managing Director of Rouse Services, where he was responsible for leading commercial and product strategy for the company’s used equipment remarketing business. Mr. Rusch also previously served in roles at Deloitte Consulting and Blue Ridge Partners, a boutique strategy consulting firm focused on top-line revenue growth.
Mr. Rusch holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
